Does anyone work in marketing/sales? And able to help/write a mailshot letter

Im looking to write a mailshot that I can post out to potential customers in the view of winning business from them with some mobile phones.

I am shit with this sort of thing but I do know they work

I will happily pay someone to do it, thats not an issue
