I have a long list of parts to buy for my 20XE engine including:
Piston rings
Big end bearings
Main bearings
Water pump
Oil pump
cambelt kit
Head gasket kit
crank seals
etc etc etc

I was wondering If anyone knew of a particularly good place to buy from? I was thinking euro car parts as i would get a discount? Other than that i have seen a lot of the bits on ebay. Or theres autovaux but their website isnt good.

Any suggestions would be great.

Yh i hate going on autovaux as it does my head in lol i have a brand new cambelt kit and water pump for roundtooth setup

Always ring autovaux, they're spot on. Got all my rebuild bits for my X16XEL from them. They sell genuine or OE parts only, no pattern shite.

I have the early (89) 20xe engine which i think is the 'round tooth' type. How much do you want for that mate?

Autovaux and Vauxhall are always my port of call.

Sometimes Vauxhall can be a lot cheaper so always try both

you could also try lmf, your local engine machinest should get you a good price to on oem parts. if its going to be tunned then try PEC or Ashford motorsport or QED.

went to vauxhall for some ht leads and an oil and filter for my xe. £307 for the leads and £40 for the oil

I want £80 for Cambelt kit and water pump posted both round tooth Also both brand new never used!
