My missus mentioned how shit Grimmy was on Facebook the other day and one of her muppet friends said 'more people who can't accept change'

I've migrated to the ginger side, but Moira Stewart annoys me.

Nope can't stand the twat.

Now listening to as much Radio 2 as I can tolerate, or when in the right area for reception, Absolute Radio.

Radio 1.5 is required; for those who are too old for the 'new' Radio 1 and too young for Radio 2

Absolute Radio is perfect, bar the adverts and the fact that I don't have a DAB radio on the way to/from work

nope, always has been and will be a cunt.
He wormed into R1 via annie mac who is ace but i had to stop listening to her show for a while because of him and he has had so much promotion by R1 because they are scared the nation will not take to him.
He's a massive risk and 1 man cannot hold a breakfast show on the biggest radio stage imo

I think they've used him as a temporary scapegoat. No one was going to be successful directlyfollowing Moyles. 3-6 months and then Greg James will be moved to the morning show and Grimmy will be dropped back to late night slots

tbf his first week was fucking woeful but he hasn't been TOO bad since,Not a patch on Moyles though and i'm just waiting for Greg James to get moved there,He's ace.

At the moment XFM because I'm working in Manchester. It's a bit annoying how they play 5/6 current songs to death but they throw enough classics in to keep me listening. Any radio station that plays Smashing Pumpkins gets my vote.

Most of the time though its Radio 2, although Chris Evans is easily the weak link there, Terry Wogan used to be excellent.

I listen to Grimmy, but i still cant stand him. At least more music is played, so i dont have to listen to the crap that comes out of his mouth.

I'e tried listening to Chris Evans, but the fact he loves his voice more than Grimmy really annoys me - you can never listen to a song all the way through without him talking over it, plus has he got some sort of problem where he cant speak into the Mic properly? Its like he stands far away from it so you can only just hear him, and them moves his head about, so hes not talking directly into the Mic anymore.

I've started listening to Real radio in the morning, then back to R1 on the way home

The Killers new album is out so I can't be doing with inferior music on the radio.

Other than in the mornings for local traffic/news.

Used to love moyles in the mornings. Now have radio 2 on in th car and then radio 1 on in the workshop but I can't stand grimmy. If I had the choice we would have radio 2 on til Greg James At 4.
