Ok got a loom that I am changing over.

I've got it all connected.

I've noticed off the old loom the only thing that differs is a small blue/red wire that connects to the corsa 9 plug.

I don't appear to have it on the XE loom

When I first connected the battery the EML was on without the ignition on and would switch off with the ignition on. I then remembered I had forgotten to connect the 3 earths on the rail.

After they were connected the EML wouldn't come on at all.

I've tried various ECUs and it is the same all round.

All wires are connected up exactly the same which is why it's confusing me

Switched wire is connected.

Only thing that makes me wonder is on the Fuel pump relay I've taken the thick red wire and taken it to the battery. I couldn't find another live wire and it looked as if this is how the previous owner had had it wired up.

Does this sound right?

I've not tried to turn it over as it's up on stands at the moment.

Any help would be useful
