It does really considering Scotland have a number of good players just now yet the man in charge either doesn't pick them, doesn't play them or falls out with them.

Fletcher and Rhodes, a £25 million strike force. Never played together once, fell out with one and refuses to play the other.

McGregor, world class keeper. Caldwell, Fox, Morrison, Maloney, Dorrans, D Fletcher, McArthur, Adam, Bannan play week in and week out in the Premiership. Mulgrew, Commons, Brown and Forrest are playing regularly in the Champions League.

The players are there, the formations and the man management is non-existant.

Fletcher moved for £15 million, Rhodes moved for £10 million. It's been a while since I sat in a maths class but that to me looks like a £25 million strike force.

Difference between those 2 guys and Carroll is it would take you at least if not more than that to buy them tomorrow as both are scoring goals for their prospective clubs.

So, yeah, that is working on the same theory.
