who is it that had the pre written letter to send to dvla when scrapping a car?

wouldnt mind a copy if posible please.

just fill the log book out and the scrap yard will do their bit and post it to dvla you should get a letter in the post to confirm its been scrapped.

cars have already gone, cut them up and took them in without logbooks.
