Awaiting a refund from a company in Paypal, last email was yesterday at 1pm saying "No problem we will give you a full refund"

Not received one yet, I know its only been a day, but it only takes seconds to log in and issue the refund, so obviously not done it yet.

Would you chase yet?

Last time I refunded a customer through PayPal it was 7 days iirc. Why would they refund straightaway and offer a good service when they can keep hold of it for 7 days, make more money from it a make customers angry. Makes perfect sense to PayPal
