Evening guys,

Having managed to overcome the Crankshaft pulley hub bolt today I have had fun rounding one of the larger Torx bolts (the one for the TDC pin) and was wondering what your advice on the best method of extraction was?

I've used plenty of plus gas (numerous applications allowing time for it to work), vice grips on the outside, hammered in the nearest allen bolt but now that slips and I've not no movement.

Any advice welcome... Thanks in advance

try heating it up? not sure where it is on your engine but if it in to ally even a hot air gun can work wounders.
