Hi all, i have signed up for tough mudder next year, and i thought i would also run for charity. Having never done this before which is the best way to do it, i want to choose help for heros as my charity, how do i go about getting a sponsor for or do i make my own?

Most people seem to use http://www.justgiving.com nowadays. I haven't got a clue about how to do it though
