Nope not really, theres plenty of upgrades out there.

I'm currently running Astra mk3 GSI 2.0ltr brakes on my corsa.

You don't need them, get some brakes of a 2 litre 4 stud vauxhall. Take the old brakes off as per any other time you would and re build with the new bits in the same way. All the bolts points are exactly the same
