Morning,

I recently purchased and item ,and becuase the seller sent it to the wring address, and it was returned to them, they have refunded me the shipping costs. However my Paypal shows the following:

3 Dec 2012 Refund Completed Details £4.45 GBP
3 Dec 2012 Credit to Credit Card Completed ... -£4.45 GBP

And my paypal balance still shows £0.00 and it isn't in my bank account?

If the refund was only done yesterday it won't be in your account for days.

Ah ok, i've never had a refund via paypal or withdrawn money from paypal for that matter, cheers matey.

yeah it takes ages, they put a 'temporary hold' on it
