Speaking of ebay/paypal.

I bought a memory card that stated no returns but the item is faulty so I escalated it with ebay and they are just stating no refunds.
I've just replied thats fine on working items but I didn't purchase a memory card titled faulty !

Will ebay/paypal side with me?

Something dodgy because the item doesnt display in my bought section.

No such thing as no returns on eBay, even if the seller states it in their listing (assuming they're registered as a business seller), it's all still governed by distance selling regs.

Thought the distance regs played a part.
