mainly just the friction plate...

whats hot and whats not?
im running a c20xe flat TTV flywheel and F20 box on the V6 but looking at changing the clutch...
iv already got a b.new LUK clutch there but my mates 2.5 killed x2 new ones of them after about 10 runs so may be worth upgrading it first time round...
sure he said he bought just the friction plate for around £180 or something like that...?

Just buy what your mate has. If he has had bother with standard clutches and found a tried and tested paddle clutch, surely it make's sense to just get what he has.
In theory, an F20 box should handle 200 lb/ft, so standard clutch should be fine on a V6.

Will you be running nos on your car?? If not, i think standard should be fine.
