Anyone done the full program?
Better / worse than p90x?
Looking for something i can do in home while im on a diet, insanity sounds good, 45mins a day would fit in with my lifestyle.
Anyone who has done it, do they recommend a eating plan while doing it?
Cheers.

I'd say Insanity is geared more towards weight loss as its pure cardio, so if thats your objective go for it. It's pretty hard but its a really good sweat inducing workout, perfect to get your heart pumping.

nobody on here has finished insanity.
i did 74 days of p90x then got married and didnt finish it.
insanity id better if you are wanting to lose weight, p90x is better if you want to build a little bit of muscle. however, its only a 90 day course and you will not be Jake at the end of it.

So best to do insanity for 90 days to drop the weight off, then do 90 days of p90x to put muscle on?
Then die?
Anyone able to supply insanity or p90x?

Too important? lolz. I don't have a DVD drive no more. Ultra books ftw
Insanity is great. I did half of it. Then gave up as I was bored of same things.

Tried it a few times only ever done 4 weeks. I was far fitter and lost quite a bit of weight. But i gave up due to lazyness/tiredness. Was doing 12-14 hour night shifts 5 nights a week so was very run down. I struggled eating as much as i needed to.

I won't be able to find it now, I got it from nzbmatrix which has closed down
It's a bloody brilliant version compared to the rest I have had. A lot of them the quality is really poor and blurry when used on a tv.

Dan, theres a 29.5gb one on there?
Ive ordered a 32gb sandisk extreme usb stick as ive been looking for a new stick for a while. Will 29.5gb fit on there? Want to be able to put it in tv usb port.
Seems like no one has finished it, sounds like a challenge!
