Short version:
I have some images in the form of a piece of Windows software that I need extracted, somehow, in to a manageable format that I can easily attach in an email. Ideally a high res JPG file.

Are you up for running a piece of potentially suspicious looking software and extract/screenshot some images for me? Let me know and I'll U2U a link to the 40MB ZIP file.

Long version:
I had an accident while skiing in Italy and was treated on a private clinic. I had my leg x-rayed and received the pictures on a DVD. Now I need to mail forward the x-rays of my leg to my physiotherapist, but the disc contains a piece of Windows software and no image files, so I'll need someone with a windows computer to run the software and extract the x-rays.

I'm happy to do it. But it's probably easier to install a trial of 'Parallels 8' and install a dodgy copy of Windows on that. That way you can boot up a VM on your Mac, comes in very handy!
