Your tea bags? Either in the cup or on the spoon when you take it out?

I squeeze it against the side of the mug with the teaspoon. Then take it out and squeeze it with my thumb against the teaspoon to get the last few drops out lol.

Yer I should of put it in the first post realy haha

My boss' brother came into work the other day and whilste I was making a brew gave me a lecture on how squeezing a tea bag releases tinning or some shit that makes your brew bitter
He's been on a tea tasting course recently. But I always have and probly always will squeeze my tea bag in my mug with my spoon then with my thumb against the spoon when it's out
Was just wondering what other people's views where haha
