How old are you? I thought LV wouldn't insure anyone under 21 on anything higher than grp10?

Own policy at 18 Don't know why people can't just drive reasonable cars at young ages and build up no claims! There is a reason for high premiums on fast cars for young drivers you know.........they crash them! Buy something a bit slower till you are more experienced!

funny thing is tho no-matter how fast/powerful the car is,, young drivers are always going to write em off anyway so whats the point restricting the type of car we can be insured on?

Incorrect mate, but there is a reason for the way insurance groups are structured.

Ive bit the bullet for a year driving group 6 - cars... now I have 1NCB, and can move onto the next level. NovaGTE will experience high premiums at 25 and that japaneese super car might be unobtainable

I had my own policy on my NovaSR for a year, then will be building up my NCB whilst being the main driver on the fiesta so when i go to change over when im 21 i will have 4 years NCB. So its the same as having a small car now!

My next door neighbours son has got one and they are bloody quick.
I was with his Dad in his Jaguar XJ8 following it and as we came to a straight they both floored it and the 200sx was long gone we couldn't remotely keep up with it.
Agreed they don't look the nicest from the outside but when you are in one they are extremely comfortable.
