what kind of primer should I use for those plastic standard bumpers? The man at garage told me I have to use some special primer???? but didnt know what he mean also where will I able to get it? thank you ppl.

you need plastic primer. its clear, almost like laquer, then you will need a hibuild primer on top of that.
make sure you sand the shine off first though.

i went to halford, but I think what they got is spray primer.
