ARE YOU THE KING OF KNOCKHILL.... THE FASTEST DRIVER IN SCOTLAND?

WELL HERE IS YOUR CHANCE TO PROVE IT WITH THE BRAND NEW SUPER LAP SCOTLAND

Super Lap Scotland aims to prove who is the fastest driver in Scotland...the KING or QUEEN of KNOCKHILL! Devised in conjunction with Track Scotland, the rules and class structure will, equalise the most powerful cars on the planet with even the most modest of Road Cars, Hot Hatch and Track Cars, it is open to all drivers, including first timers. Step up this year and prove just how fast you are!

With four classes based on their POWER TO WEIGHT RATIO, entrants will go head to head with comparable competitors, all scoring their respective class points to determine who is the class champion, with all points going towards the overall Super Lap Scotland championship.

2012 Dunlop BTCC Champion Gordon Shedden supports the KMSC initiative saying “Super Lap gives the track day driver the chance to show just how fast they are without taking the big step of circuit racing. The track day scene is huge and we do see this as a great way of getting these drivers into a formal motor sport discipline and who knows, they may then make the jump to Club racing and start on their own racing careers.”

It's a new era in British motor sport, a really attractive stepping stone between the 1000s of track day drivers and full racing, giving enthusiastic motorsport fans the chance to show their metal and prove just how fast they are! Points will be awarded to reward the fastest drivers across the events to determine the overall King or Queen of Knockhill. Will YOU be KING or QUEEN in 2013?

Anyone wishing to find out more can check details on the KMSC and Knockhill Racing Circuit websites, contact Track Scotland or email the KMSC on enquiries@knockhill.co.uk. Full Regulations, Entry Forms and driver & car info forms will be available to download from Friday 1st February 2013.
