Had my plug cover powder coated and want to rub the powdercoating off the letters so i can get them polished so what i need to know is what grades of sand paper i need to be using?
And info & advice would be appreciated

If prepping my car is anything to go by Mark, I rubbed the hole car down with 280, then primed it
The primer was then flattened off with 400 before the top coat, finally the top coat was flattened
with 1200, then G3 and then polished to a beautiful shine

Would that be the same for powdercoating tho Daine is what im thinking as its not the same as car paint

It is but a pain in the ass to do. Id get some 2000 wet a dry sand paper,use it wet and go at the letters...your be there all fucking day though bud.

or try going over them very carefully with a rougher grade paper first till you get down to them metal and then use p2000
