my t68i was mullered by me running over it.. called orange.... "your new phones waiting at orange shop in town" 10 minutes later i have a new phone!
carphone sucks. never liked em from the start when they refused to sell me a 8210 3 years back saying that cause i had no proof of my age (like hello passport in my hand) yet orange next door never even asked for proof. just said age here DOB there.... ta heres ya phone give us moneh!

carphone warehouse?
My phone was misplaced (read stolen for insurance purposes), I got the phone blocked within an hour and the next morning I drove to my local shop and picked up a new phone and sim card

i think it depends which branch of cpw you go to, the one in mk is absolute shit with customer service, however in cardiff they are ok. with regards to your insurance, phone shops always charge over the odds for it. i've got a set up with my bank account, I pay £5 a month and get loads of benefits (cheap rate loans, aa breakdown assistance, discounts on cars, mobile ins). £60 a year it works out

Green stuff pads are a waste of money! they're only green for a couple of weeks then they go black and manky!
seriously tho i had them and wasnt impressed at all. They were beddind in properly. The only benefit i noticed was that they smell class when u use them hard
