F*cked up, 6.30pm yesterday felt fine, instantly started to feel sickness symptoms, by 6.45pm I was projectile vomiting bad.
7.30pm I started to get the shi*s, every hour or less through out the night so very fatigue now and head aches from being dehydrated.
I havnt been sick or on the toilet since approx 7am this morning.
Crazy how fast and hard hitting this virus is, have never got a virus, usually just the odd cold every couple of years.

Ye I feel a lot better then I did in the night, just feel a bit stiff and unsettled.
Honestly cannot believe it goes as fast as it comes but proper knocked me about in 12 hours.
Going to strip and bleach the house today, how long till it's reet to go out etc and it's gone?

Havnt eaten since 12.30pm yesterday, well I have but everything's came back up, managed to get a kellogs cereal bar down me this morning.
Feel a little stiff stick and not 100% but fancy a Chinese, don't want it to go straight through me though

Starve the virus and let it purge what it needs to.
Get fluids down you and sip. Mix in diahoralyte (sp?) with water and sip to replace lost salts and stuff. Tastes rank, like drinking sea water but does the job.

You dont actually have to be sick with this virus, its an infection of the intestines not the stomach, but being sick is almost an instinctive reaction to it, if you can train your mind into thinking you dont need to be sick you wont be

I had it twice in the space of a month.
Just not nice when you've got squirty poo coming out and then the need to be sick. Horrible mess.

Honestly il show you the article i read on it
But it was true though, its not an infection of the stomach so puking is more of a mental reaction to it

quote: Step 6 The vomiting process is a secondary response. It's your body's way (evolutionarily) to respond to the infection. It doesn't actually do anything to help you. There is no need to get the virus out of your body, as it’s not in your stomach anyway, It’s in your intestinal tract. The brain may allow you to "not vomit" if you convince it to. While this is a fine idea when infected with Norovirus, it’s not if you’ve ingested a chemical poison. (0ne reason people vomit when they see another person vomit is to eject possible viral particles this is part of evolutionary development of mankind).
