hi, i know what i am doing may sound stupid, but i am hopefully going to be buying a VTR! Yes i know, i had a Corsa, now im getting a Saxo.

The only reason why i am doing this is because last week i wrote my slightly modded corsa off, i am now not allowed to kit any cars up whilst i am living at home (only 17yrs old) so instead of me getting some shitty standard looking car for 3-4k the only option for me is to buy a VTR.

Just say if i do lower myself to this grade, would i be welcome to corsasport, cos no way am i becoming a member of the saxosportsclub

c'mon a VTR is better than a standard corsa anyday isnt it?

errr? fair enough about getting a VTR - but what insurance company you going with?

What were you paying for insurance on your old 1.2? because when I was 17 I got a quote for a VTR of £3800!!!

Also you say to tim - you know you couldn't get insured on a 1.6, a VTR is a 1.6!

come on then - post some insurance quotes up... or have you not even got any yet? and just thought it'd be ok?

eh?

510??

even on your dads insurance I'd imagine a VTR to be more... but fair enough anyway...

Did the insurance pay out with you under your dad's name?
