Hi I've just bought a new sub in a ported enclosure, I'm wanting to know what type of amp I will need, would a monoblock be best ??

a mono amp would be best or a bridgeable 2 chanel amp. rms out put should be the same or higher than that of the sub for best results. and a low pass filter on the amp.
