I think Parnis do a copy of this. Quite a few reputable people on ebay, all with weird names though.

My Parnis has been excellent and i have had it over a year.

There will be other main stream companies with a similar design. I think Wenger do similar and its not that dear.

Is there anywhere to buy a watch that just looks like a nice watch, without the moving parts etc, i think that would be cheaper to make and buy, a watch that doesn't tell the time. Could be a timeless design for all we know.

Only point of a fake is to show off. Most people won't know what that is, just get a decent seiko or something rather than a fake, will probably last longer.

If you can't afford a decent watch then you must be very pretensious to buy a fake version to pass off as real. Otherwise you would get a normal one.

Wheels are different , it's a design and doesn't use the branding .
