i run my xe on gm 10-40 and filter it is about 20 quid for that and it is good stuff. before it got rebuilt i ran it on 15-40 a bit thicker and made it a bit quiter and alsoit wont leak as much oil to lol

yea i used to get Gm oil and filters on a trade cost - its Shell Helix so is good stuff.
