Hi guys,
I have a faulty Airbag system, and when I changed my instrument cluster I noticed that the Airbag wiring contact unit was loose behind the steering wheel, is it supposed to be just laying loose? Or is it probably knackered?

not sure if that thing that is loose is what you think it is, it is a large ring round the steering column. if so then dont worry about it

If its what I think you're talking about, then it's cancels the indicators etc.
It's called a squib

Here's a pic of the unit that I feel is a bit loose...
Isn't that for the Airbag, as I thought the yellow wiring indicated it was the airbag wiring
