To check folder contents against another folder and it's contents.
Basically copied a load of folders from C drive > External HDD, and save going through them individually myself, is there a piece of software that does this if so what's it called?

First check, the simple one, is to look at properties of the folders, amount of docs/size. If it differs then you have a problem.
Proper way of doing it without requiring external downloads...
Open cmd, and change path to one folder
dir /b > A.txt
Change path to next folder
dir /b > B.txt
Put both text files in an easy location with each other, then do
FC A.txt B.txt > DIFFERENCES.txt
It will list differences in DIFFERENCES.txt in same folder, job done.
