Fucking stupid. Just because its Suarez they fell they need to go to extremes.

Defoe can bite someone and gets fuck all but Suarez gets raped.

An FA statement read: "A three-person Independent Regulatory Commission today upheld The FA's claim that a suspension of three matches was clearly insufficient and the player will serve a further seven first-team matches in addition to the standard three. The suspension begins with immediate effect."

So maybe it's not actually the FA that decided on the ban length?

I always expected it to be 10 games TBH
Given he got 7 for doing it at Ajax it was bound to be more than that for a repeat offence (whether it happened in this country or not)
