thats just gone 4 minths since i was banned for crashing my green corsa sport and i still don't know the actual duration of my ban don't find out till July either so that will have been 6 months then they will tell me

yeah they took my license 4 months ago on my 3rd visit to court and set the trial date for July Ooooooooh nice

It will already be noted that u have had no license for 4 months, so the ban will be back dated - you would hope..

Mate of mine got banned for too many points, got 6month ban, but then wasnt allowed drive till got his licence back of court, extra month on top--- twats

make sure u keep all receipts n stuff if u use train or buses etc as if they say u shus hav only been banned 4 3 mths u shud reclaim all costs!

mate i work in the town where i live so i go no-where usually, car was a complete luxury to me , yeah my ban gets back dated to when they took my license so that is always a bonus i suppose . Just dont see why they had to impose it until the trial had been

When I crashed my car it took 5 months for my court thing and stuff to come thro I thought I'd got away with it...

If you aint been sentenced then you aint banned till it goes on record. If you do get stopped tell the coppers that court has your licence. this happened to me last year.
