Thinking of selling my crosa but no idea what its worth.
Corsa Sport (1997 P reg) Polar sea blue.
Shell has 53k, 2 previous owners (full history, was previously 1.4 16v)
X18xe1 engine with 114k (no history)
Mot dec 2013
Tax may 2014
4-1 Mani (heat wrapped)
Spax adjustable front/rear suspension, 40mm
2.0ltr Astra gsi brakes, new discs
Smoked front headlights
German rear lights
Calibra leather seats
Cesaro's wrapped toyo t1rs with good tread.
Vauxhall wind deflectors
Plus some other minor subtle changes.

To put it into perspective we just sold a 2002 ford focus 1.8 for £300
You asked what its worth, taking into account enthuiasts probably pay something for stuff like this I quoted £250, in the open market its probably worth more in scrap metal and parts.

But it's a pretty rare car...of course it's worth more than £250. Cheaper insurance than a c20xe and quicker than a Gsi/Sport. If the exterior is tidy and it runs well then I'd stick it in for at least a grand.

I'm swaying more towards Steve than Nathy. Steves points are all valid. The only way you are going to get anything near what you want for it is from an enthusiast but your market is going to be very small.
Edit: split it and you will double your money.

You've misread my post Toby, I wasn't suggesting it is worth £1000, i was shocked that someone said they think it's worth that much. I also tend to agree with Steve in this instance, and also what your saying by split it.
