Healthy type ones.

Have noticed recently that I am becoming hungry a lot more. I've increased my lunch and main meal portions but often about 10ish I am getting quite hungry again.

Wondering what good snacks there are, healthier ones that is, that I could eat?

Thanks

Hasn't actually thought of protein shake.

I don't really buy any cereal just porridge but I find that a bit heavy weirdly late at night. Trying not to eat much bread currently so toast is out.
