Thought ask on here, as we all share one common interest; and that's cars.
I currently work for HSBC. I do not enjoy it at all, and want out.

What do you guys all do? I have no idea where I want to work really,
So was hoping for some ideas.

Thanks

I work at Euro Car Parts on the phones. It's shit. Working with car parts is shit. The general public are shit. The targets are shit.

I don't like it.

Money isn't good for what I do, but i am young and they have paid for my HNC so i am just biding my time atm. Also can do lots of overtime if need be, but its a killer doing 7-5.30 in an office and a saturday morning too.

I hate it with a passion, vans are falling to pieces, managers are horrible, about 1/10 customers know how to ruin your day.

I'm training for HGV in September.

I'm amazed the one we normally get still has a job!

We had a £100 order and one yoghurt was split, there was yoghurt on loads of the fridge stuff but it was all wrapped in plastic or boxed, nothing loose.

He credited the lot, the whole crate full, was about £25 we got free and there was nothing wrong with it at all

I don't mind it, better than the dole plus 80% of the females there are fit as fuck!
Spend more time eyeing them up than actually working

IT @ a power station. It's pretty interesting tbh, our Boss likes the latest tech and products so we get to play with things which are often brand new and always lots to learn.

Work for an offshore company as an onshore engineer. Travel about doing big ship engine overhauls, and lots of engine overhauls in the workshop.

Money is epic for an onshore job, and locally.

Estate Surveyor at a private school in Cambridge.

Get to chuckle at all the kids wearing blazers, miles away from how I dressed to go to school

Occasionally help to co-ordinate repair and new build developments of the three sites the school owns.
