On 12th May I ordered some polo shirts from a place in Scotland that I have seen good reviews for, but I have not yet received anything. They quoted a 3 week delivery time, and it has now obviously far passed that. I emailed on Sunday 9th June which had no reply, so phoned on the 12th asking where imy stuff was and was told they would be with me on the 19th. Nothing arrived so I phoned again, ad they said it would arrive today. Phoned again today and now they're telling me Friday. I'm getting quite fed up now and had a go at them on the phone and told them I wanted a refund, but he said all he can do at the moment is offer a 10% discount on my next order. Obviously I said that wasn't going to happen.
If they don't arrive on Friday then I am going to call again and not put the phone down until I have my money back, but I'm thinking that I will need legislation or something to back me up. I've looked through the Sale of Goods Act and some of the Distance Selling regs, but haven't found much so far. Can anyone give me some ammo that I can give them on Friday, in case nothing arrives?
Cheers.

Make a claim with paypal and get your money back and buy said shirt from elsewhere.

Can they give you a tracking number? As they must have some information to keep giving you different dates.

They've given me different sob stories like they've been mega busy and have just moved premises etc, so I doubt they've been sent out yet. I keep asking them for a tracking number but never get one.
Fortunately I paid with PayPal Goods so could probably get it back that way if they don't want to cooperate.
K2 - it's custom embroidered shirts, so there's plenty of places to get it done if these don't then up, but they had an offer on for 5 shirts for £50 delivered and including setup cost.

start the refund policy with paypal before its too late.
IIRC, you only have a certain period of time to make the claim.
If they email you about the claim, just say your happy to cancel it once you receive the order.

Update - they finally came today
However...
They have missed one item out, and there's a mark on all the garments which was presumably made by their embroidery equipment. Going to take some photos in case it doesn't come out in the wash.
