hi guys ,
i purchased a c around a week ago ,
after sorting the low oil pressure the next job on the agenda is to refurb the alloys,
there not to bad just a few scuffs ,

what would be the best thing to get them smooth as poss
any help and advice appreciated

Depends how deep the curb marks are.

Deep scratches start with 80grit.

Work up, 180, 320, 500. Untill smooth. Clean with de greaser. Primer. Flat primer with 800. Key whole wheel with scotch. Paint. Laquer

faz - no point to be honest .. im on the look out for some decent compomotives ... its jus a temp procedure

andy - aslong as i get a fairly decent finish i dont mind lol ill do one ans see how much hard work it takes :L

ill sort out getting a membership and put some pics or start a project blog
