Love going over for the 12th. Missed this year, but will be going next year.

The bonfires are insane. Never seen anything like it till a few years ago when i started going over.

The amount of beer bottles lining the street after the bands have passed is insane. Brilliant day out, recommend it to anyone!

I've specifically never been to an orange walk, other than being stuck behind them.

Is the rioting and the absolute hatred a good part of it?

Stuck behind them? In Belfast? On the 12th??

Wouldn't fancy that, it takes about 2 hours for the bands to pass where we stand an watch them. Wouldn't want to be stuck behind that lot!

Yea theres a lot of trouble. Its usually the catholic side protesting, then the typical scumbag youths get involved and start rioting. Same this time, the rioting involving the protestant boys, was mainly youngsters kicking off from what ive seen.

The atmosphere on the streets is absolutely amazing. Everyone having a great time, singing and dancing. Everytime ive been, I have not seen one bit of trouble.

that first one is far too close to houses. Will certainly melt all the windows and anything else plastic . I can see 1000s of collapsing pallets killing the people watching

Gypsy version of Spanish bull run , light the fire wait for movement then speed off on foot or transit tipper . I bet the organiser owns a tyre disposal company , he's probably charged hundreds of customers £1.50 a piece to dispose too

That's twice in this 1 thread you've quoted me or spoken about me.

Sort of people who go to walks in Glasgow are even worse than the Irish ones, at least over there they might have some idea of wtf is going on instead of just being uneducated neds.

Only thing I follow are the bands John, don't flatter yourself. I'm not going to be made to feel like a scumbag by a small minded bigot like yourself - I go for the music and the music alone, not to shout fuck the pope. Get off your fucking high horse.
