After missing out on the US Open he'll be massively up for it and winning on a links course. Open record isn't great and in 2002 finished T66.

Big Ernie at 28's has to be a good shout. Fowler at 40's and Horschel at 100 would be my american picks.

Mickelson looked in great form at the Scottish Open, but has missed out on some quality practice time!

Not really enjoying watching it too much this year. I think mostly due to the really high scores.

When I watch the best competitions I want to see people being able to perform. IMO there is no fun in watching people going round in par.
