High Hopes is my favourite, not really a "disco" song though
Chasing rainbows is always a classic, crowd surfed to that one at the last december gig Quality night. The did a cover of Panic too which was class.
Disco Down, Magic Streets, Getting Better, Dolphin and On Standby are all quality disco tracks.
As for some others:
Pulp - Common People/Disco 2000
Lightening Seeds - Life of Riley/Lucky You
Ash - Girl From Mars/Burn Baby Burn
Andrew WK - Party Hard (ok not really indie but i love it)
Feeder - Just a Day
Spin Doctors - Two Princes
The Smiths - Panic/There Is A Light That Never Goes Out
The Charlatans - The Only One I Know
Blur - Parklife/Song 2/Coffee & TV
The La's - There She Goes
Echobelly - Great Things
Suede - So Young/Trash/Beautiful Ones
Kula Shaker - Tattva
Garbage - I Think I'm Paranoid
The Cardigans - Losing My Favourite Game

Try working in a pub/club when Indie was in, and having to listen to the 00s Indie constantly. It'll kill you inside.
Having said that, a few that are a bit leftfield that you might not of heard of from the Indie night that we had about 7 or 8 years ago now...
The Mars Volta - Inertiatic Esp / Televators
The Postal Service - The District sleeps alone tonight
Thursday - War all the time
The Donnas - Take it off
Incubus - Pardon Me
Saves the Day - At your funeral
Hot hot heat - Bandages
Le Tigre - Decaptacon
Radio 4 - Dance to the underground
Few that you more than likely will know
Idlewild - You held the world in your arms tonight
A - Starbucks
Staind - Pressure
Hoobastank
Bush - Glycerine / Speed Kills
Semisonic - Closing Time / Secret Smile
Harvey Danger - Flagpole Sitta
Jimmy eat world - The middle
Joy Division (I don't really like them but obiously you guys will seeing as you like Morrisey)
Few that aren't really indie
Funeral for a friend - Juneau
The Distillers - Drain the blood
Chevelle - The Red
Trapt - Headstrong
Finch - Letters to you
Disturbed - Down with the sickness
Less than Jake - Best wishes to your black lung (Anything from Anthem, brilliant album)
Tsunami Bomb - Take the reins
Lit - My own worst enemy
Spineshank - New Disease
Taproot - Again and Again
Three days grace - I hate everything about you

Indie fell apart for me when the 90's finished, although The Middle is ace. Flagpole Sitta is a blast from the past too

The more I read through that list the more I feel a bit sorry for the kids of today, stuck listening to Nick Grimshaw playing the latest from Moron A ft. Moron B or some Scandinavians dicking about with a laptop. I heard something the other day where they'd sampled Alice Deejay ffs

I bought the entire collection of Shine CDs about a year ago for £15. Some of the best CD's I have, despite being a good 15 years old

I grew up with Dodgy, Oasis, Blur, Cast, Space, Ash, Pulp etc... Didn't necessarily like them, but that's what was around. Used to love the golden hour on R1 on Fridays when Moyles was on
The ones I've listed were all the ones I've actually downloaded from the indie nights I worked. Haven't listened to them for years, but some good tunes on there actually.
