ahh not updated in a while, wee corsa was serving me fine. been through some changes i painted the gsi kit white, then got bored of it so put it back to standard bumpers and graphite grey astra sxi wheels. also fitted opel badges etc and started to enjoy it.
heres how it sat when i decked it on avo coilovers...
few days later i had slid on oil on a roundabout and kerbed both passenger wheels... on closer inspection the coilover was bent as was the axle, so i desision to scrap it was made. so needed a new motor to run about in...
one of my mates offered me this silver 1.4 sport for 200quid
always wanted a decent sport so on the same week as i crashed the white one i picked up this. 139k, w reg 1.4 sport aircon model.
next day after getting it home my and my mates set about it getting it lowered and fitting the mhw's, peco back box, cone filter, new bonnet and astra sxi alloys
heres a few recent pictures. needs some work for mot, handbrake cable 2 rear drums need replaced and overhaul the front brakes or may upgrade them to v6 ones. i was aware its not on its original engine and ive been told its had a 1600 16v fitted, but deffo pulls very well.
future plans are getting it undersealed for winter, mot'd and tax'd ,maybe a powerbox and full sportex system. but deffo a keeper also got to sort the few rust spots

got this up to college the other day for some mot prep, fitted avo coilovers, new handbrake cables and v6 brakes
up on ramp
after closer inspection needs some welding for mot at front jacking points so al be geetting that done for 30quid
next was the fronts, and i made a school boy error. was in a bit of a rush doing them and fitted the discs on the wrong sides so thats another job for the weekend
