Needs to be as straight forward as possible, something he could record on pc and then burn onto a disc?

Had a quick look on net but it seems a bit of a minefield so thought somebody on here may know a quick and easy way?

Record via Audacity, save WAV file and burn as an audio disc CDBurnerXP or similar.

If he is on Windows 7, he can use the built in voice recorder. But after that, just burn onto a disc (could probably get away with using Windows Media Player to burn it)
