Plus, any foolish raising awareness mularcky isn't going to make one iota of difference to cancer.

Everyone knows about it already. It'll still kill people and there's no cure yet.

It's one of the most treatable cancers if found early as obviously they simply lop a bollock or two off.

The raising awareness bit is probably to make people check themselves, know how to do it properly and not be afraid to go to the doctor. Not "IT EXISTS".
