Bought some stuff on asos and they don't fit.

They came to £30.00. I used a gift voucher to pay the full amount.

If I return them, will I get the gift voucher back? I'm pretty sure they won't refund £30.00 cash.

I hardly ever buy clothes online wish I hadn't now.

They'll probably give you store credit.

Why not just phone, email or tweet them? Surely that's what common sense would suggest

Was going to email them but needed an answer quick as I go on holiday on saturday and plenty of people on here use asos.

Ended up buying more and will send these back tomorrow.

Impossible to email or phone these guys... but they're usually quite good at responding on Twitter.

I find this very annoying, sign up to a social network to enable me to get a prompt answer. Great.

I've never had issues contacting them via the website. Otherwise just ring customer service - 0844 995 95 33

Why do you think that? The gift voucher was a birthday present from my brother back in april. If I was tight, I would've used it back then and wouldn't have paid a tenner for the asos premier thing.
