Not actually watching it. I'm stuck with Toy Story 3 for the 100th time, but no-one else made a thread, so just going by twitter

Barca, Milan and Ajax is deffo a group you want to avoid

Unless youre Celtic, now theyve beaten Shaktar JohnCandy (who beat BATE dont you know) they have no one to fear. Celtic to win the world cup

Yup, for once, normally easy. Higuain will be at the emirates then

Chelsea have a cushy group, united not too hard,

So overall, not bad draws for the English clubs. If City can't get through this group they should just give up trying.

Arsenal have the toughest group for the English, united with a fairly easy one, Chelsea with a piss easy group

Yep, although united wont find theirs too easy. Shaktar are a decent side but they should have enough to get through

Not like you to make such a stupid and ignorant statement.

He's a 73 year old with severe athritis and dementia and shouldn't have even been asked to be there.

His nationality is irrelevant, the abuse he is getting from everyone though is disgraceful.

Despite being the first Captain of a British team to win the European cup, he is simply an old man.

PaddyPower just apologised on twitter for making a similar comment about him.

For once I'm with Hammer on this

Aye, even squeaky clean Linekar made a comment about him on Twitter, hes prob deleted it now.

If he has dementia though then thats pretty bad and not nice at all, i didnt know that and just thought he was a bit pissed.

To be fair I had absolutely no idea and just figured it was due to old age and a bit of whisky to settle the nerves

Anyhoo....

Tough draw but that's why we try and win the league every season, to play the best teams in Europe. We will be a game for every single one of them at home.

I don't think our group is all that easy. Arsenals looks tricky.

If we don't make it through our group then we don't even deserve to be present.

Oliver Kay bought up some good points on twatter:

@OliverKayTimes: Unusual amount of talk re Champs Lge coefficiens. Main flaw is that results in 08/09 weigh as heavily as last season. Dortmund pot 3 is daft

@OliverKayTimes: eg. #LFC, who have barely had a result of note in Europe since 2009, would be in pot two above Dortmund, PSG, Juve if they'd qualified
