Basically put my wheely bin out before I go to work they collect it a hour or so after I leave, I come home go out to bring the bin in and some cheeky decker has more or less filled it with rubbish, anyone had this happen ? I can't manage two weeks without a bin do you think the council will Re collect ?

Just phone up the council and tell them your bin didn't get emptied. They should send some one round to collect it.
This happened to me. No one refilled my bin, they just missed it some how.

Just phone up and say it hasn't been emptied. I had this last year. Pay out loads in Council Tax, they can come back out lol.
