What's people's opinions on the old after market mirror modifications?

I know it's not seen so much anymore and was big in the late 90's, as I have some smoothed bits on my B I was contemplating the idea of trying a set of DTM's smoothed into the base plates.

These are what they looked like on my Focus many years ago...

My Missus has a set on her Euro styled B, IMO they suit, but from a drivers point of view there terrible

Yes I agree mate & luckily mines only used for car shows, events & days out, so it doesn't bother me that there not practical.

Problem is I wouldn't call mine euro, I have a smooth boot, rear bumper & front bumpe....but it's decked on speed lines & made to look more like a fast road car than euro so not sure it will look right.

Yeah your car isn't euro lofty. I honestly think the only dtm mirrors to suit a corsa are mattig dtms.

I had a set on mine which sold for around £140. They're rare but worth it if you find them.

I love them on my car and everybody comments on them. Not great visability tho especially with wind deflectors

dtm mirrors are not euro! The point was to be more aero dynamic hence ehy they where used on DTM race cars
