Sad day for English football.
The FA already broke him down and he stopped having a voice.
Hope Palace go down now.

We didn't sack him, he chose to leave. Was the most amicable management departure for quite some time (I'd say since Ferguson but that's all changed now). Watch the press conference.
Shocking team to walk in to, who ever decides to come. We're almost certain for the drop as it stands but as I keep telling myself. We've the return of Murray, Jonny Williams and Zaha(!?! :lol, a whole transfer window and 90 to play for. It's far from over.
“I have pride in the job we've both done. It wasn't easy. If Steve's last manager wasn't headhunted I wouldn't have been here. I'm proud to have been involved with Palace and I wouldn't want to out-wear my welcome. I could never work harder than I have done, and this man (Parish) knows that. It is mutual. I'm tired, I'm having a rest. I'm a Palace fan. With the changes in the squad, I have to hold my hand up, We didn't keep the spirit that got us up. We changed too quickly."

He was the person who gave me this, and for that he's forever got my respect. Good enough, or not.

I think the bloke was great, although I'd not like him to manage my team.

I thought he had got a bit boring personally, however, much respect for that Press Conference.
He looks exhausted.

Heard a few serious people mentioning Palace & Coleman in the same sentence recently.
25/1 an hour ago.
Now 10's, 14's or if you're lucky 16's.
Might be worth £10

He has a bit of a soft spot for Palace but I'd prefer Neil Warnock in as interim manager to keep us safe and then move him upstairs as DoF and get somebody like Phil Parkinson in.
Palace fans are dreading Pulis but he'd have a decent chance of keeping us up, even if it will be playing hoof ball.
Isn't an attractive job though. In the slightest.

He also said Palace was going to be his last job in mangement. Who has he managed since? A crack at the premier league is enough to change anybodies mind. Still don't see it though, I'm sure he'll be around the club in one form or another though.
