Very, very good for you, but not exactly nice. But on a cold morning it's nice to have something warm. Maybe slop a little bit of jam in it as well.

Tuna and Mayo although I opt for salad cream, instead. Brown or white bread? I personally don't touch white bread whatsoever.

This thing with brown and white bread, people saying white bread is bad for you etc, if you get say 1 loaf of brown Warburtons and 1 loaf of white Warbutons (or whatever bread you usually buy) and look at the nutritional information on each packs.

Really isn't a great deal of difference, if you're trying to be healthy cut out bread altogether.

Come the new year I'm going to try hard to cut out bad foods, my diet isn't perfect but its not completely shit either, I eat a lot of chicken/steak/fish/green beans/boiled egg/carrots/tomatoes but still struggle to lose weight due to having too much bread and starchy foods in my diet. Plus I love real ale too much so going to attempt a dry January (except works staff night out as a one off)

Its the fibre and nutrients in the brown bread over the white that matter, calories etc are the same or similar but there are added benefits of avoiding the white.

counting women numbers is generally a pointless thing anyway.

cut food down take up exercise. sorted. i don't see the benefit in daily life of being a bulked up gym person, but thats just my opinion.

^^^ yes

You need lots of it to fill up though.

And end up starving again 40 mins later.

I have found that two fried/poached egg sandwiches with toasted bread (spread with butter and Marmite and sprinkled with loads of chopped Chives) to be an awesome breakfast. And very sustaining too. Keeps me going for hours.

i don't feel that hungry quickly after porridge. i have 3 scoops of a measuring thing that came with some protein powder. all I've had today so far is a bowl of porridge, 2 tuna mayo wraps (small wraps, 1 can of tuna to make the 2) and a cheese scone. climbed up a mountain and rode back down the other side. not even hungry now really. mince and tatties for tea later.

edit, drank about 4-5 litres of water
