Should go down as one of the greats if he doesn't put on the shirt again. Big shame, really wanted him to get to 10 thousand runs.

He hasn't been shit though, in comparison to the rest of the team, he hasn't been up to his standard, but few of them were, he was still scoring ok. Admittedly he made a few stupid mistakes and his "arrogance" cost him his wicket a few times, but at least he was looking to attack. It seemed to me he was a target for the media when needed.
Saying that, this england team needs to move on after this embarrassment and this is the start of that, it needed to happen. Unfortunately it might mean Prior is done too, although I still think he's better than the alternatives.
We've got Sri Lanka and India over the summer (I think?) We should beat SL in tests really, and who knows against India. Stuffed them over there,but the Ashes could have a very bad effect in the long run
