Learn the rules
Its a reflexive pronoun, and is therefore the object of the sentence.
So I can wash myself, I can see myself in the mirror and I can talk to myself.
But you can't phone myself, talk to myself or bump in to myself.
You are however very welcome to phone me, talk to me, or bump in to me.
Message ends.

That's fine, because you're doing it.
I talk to myself <-- fine
You can talk to myself <-- not fine

That's just an example.
So if I said 'you can call myself in my office during the day', that's wrong because you can't call myself.
Correct is 'you can call me in my office'.
