Astonishing feat of engineering aside, that was so beautifully shot. Awesome review. Before the haters commence there is a more technical review on YouTube alongside the trouser snake enlarging sister car on which it is based. Might be /Drive but I can't remember. US review.

When BMW filmed it there was a sheet of perspex with all the stuff on it You can see it in a slow mo replay etc.
Decent episode, I need to drive a caterham* at somepoint - they look so much fun.
* or any lotus 7 looking thing

Top gear didn't fake anything, that's what would happen. BMW faked it, as my post says.
What's up with Mythbusters Barnes? They also revisit anything that there has been suggestion they've not been thorough enough.

i just remember reading how quite a few of what they did was actual lies. Who's to say when they go back they don't fake it? It is television after all.

I was of the impression that Mythbusters was the one program that is real, especially because as John said, they do go back to stuff if they get loads of emails/letters
